Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with PrintArena. Because our products are custom printed, certain conditions apply for refunds and returns.

Custom Printed Products

Since most of our products are personalized and made to order, returns or refunds are generally not accepted unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error caused by us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photos of the item. We will review the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before the printing process begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
